Möchtet ihr es etwas fruchtiger – dann könnt ihr zum Beispiel Orangenschalen hinzugeben oder einen Schuss Zitronensaft. Die Zugabe von Vanille, Zimt oder auch Kardamom verleihen euren Keksen eine sanftere Note.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Haltbarkeit &amp; Lagerung</h2>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-d972a802d53a0ee668af2cd117486eca">Pistazienkekse sind, je nach Lagerung, <strong>2–3 Wochen</strong> haltbar. Allerdings kommt es auf die jeweiligen Zutaten und die Umgebung an. Ihr solltet sie Luftdicht und gut verschlossen in eine Dose oder in ein Schraubglas legen um sie vor Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Ein kühler, dunkler Ort wie zum Beispiel eine Vorratskammer, eignet sich prima für die Lagerung, da dort keine direkte Sonnenstrahlung besteht. Wollt ihr sie länger haltbar machen, könnt ihr sie luftdicht in einen Behälter oder in Gefrierbeutel verpacken und den Gefrierschrank legen. Dort halten sie bis zu <strong>3 Monate</strong>. Sollten die Kekse nach dem auftauen etwas zu weich sein, könnt ihr sie kurz im Ofen bei 150 Grad aufbacken – so werden sie wieder knusprig.</p>
