<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Was macht die Schokomuffins so besonders?</h2>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-687c2874afe01f81b74cd264e2581b75">Der unterschied macht das frisch gemahlene Getreide. Ich Backe ausschließlich mit lebendigen, keimfähigen Getreide. Dafür verwende ich meinen Mockmill Lino200. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Wie kann ich das Rezept alternativ gestalten?</h2>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2bddceb31218151be49f68657fec0780">Ein Muffinrezept bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten. Ob vegan, glutenfrei oder besonders fruchtig. Der Grundteig lässt sich flexibel anpassen. Für die vegane Variante ersetzt ihr einfach Ei und Milch durch pflanzliche Alternativen. Auch glutenfrei gelingt der Muffin wunderbar mit einer passenden Mehlmischung. Und wer es fruchtig mag, kann frisches Obst direkt in den Teig geben oder als Topping verwenden – von Beeren über Apfelstückchen bis hin zu exotischen Früchten ist alles möglich.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lagerung &amp; Haltbarkeit </h2>



<p class="has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-e332fa5c3137b1eae3b9841941e6c5b9">Frisch gebackene Muffins schmecken am besten innerhalb der ersten 1–2 Tage. Damit sie schön saftig bleiben, solltet ihr sie nach dem Abkühlen in einer luftdichten Dose aufbewahren – am besten bei Zimmertemperaturen. So halten sie sich etwa 3–4 Tage. Wenn ihr sie länger aufbewahren möchtet, könnt ihr sie problemlos einfrieren. Einfach einzeln in  Frischhaltefolie wickeln oder in einen Gefrierbeutel geben. Haltbarkeit für bis zu 3–4 Monate. Zum Auftauen bei Zimmertemperatur liegen lassen oder kurz im Ofen aufbacken. Tipp: Habt ihr bei euren Muffins frisches Obst oder eine Creme als Topping, solltet ihr sie im Kühlschrank lagern und möglichst innerhalb von 2 Tagen verzehren.</p>

Wenn ihr es etwas mild und süß haben wollt, nehmt gerne Apfelmus für euer Kuchen. Ihr wollt es lieber mild und aromatisch? Dann empfehle ich euch Birnenmus. Für einen dunklen und intensiven Geschmack ist ein Brombeermus hervorragend. Ein kleiner Tipp, versucht gerne mal mehrere Fruchtsorten zu kombinieren. </p>

<p class="has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-04a5ecdd7482e4b46faa5dfd9035e410">Wie ihr seht, habt ihr bei diesem Kuchen viele Möglichkeiten ihn nach euren Wünschen zu gestalten. Auch der Quark lässt sich super ersetzen zum Beispiel durch Mascarpone oder einer Ricotta Creme. Solltet ihr eine flüssige Variante wählen wie Joghurt, gebt Speisestärke oder Puddingpulver hinzu. Das sorgt für die nötige Bindung und verhindert dass der Kuchen zu weich wird. Auch vegane Alternativen könnt ihr hier sehr gut einsetzen. Egal ob es ein Sojaquark, Hafer oder Mandelquark ist. Der Unterschied jedoch macht der Geschmack dabei. </p>
